Do you print from digital files?
Yes,
we print from all digital files: CD, Floppy, Zip, Smart Media, PC Card,
Flash Card, Memory Stick, Compact Flash, Digital Camera, Panasonic Card.
Can I e-mail you
my pictures and you print them for me?
Yes,
we can print them for you and either send them
back to you or you come and pick them up.
Do you scan
pictures?
Yes,
we scan pictures from negatives, slides/chromes, and from prints in
different resolutions. It’s up to you.
Do you print
with Borders?
Yes, we print with border (color /
B&W)
Can you transfer
8mm/super 8/16mm to DVD or VHS?
Yes,
we can transfer old movies to VHS or DVD. Also, we can convert from NTSC
(American system) to PAL/SECAM (European system) and vice versa.
Do you push/pull
films?
We can push/pull film (Dip & Dank Developing)
Can I have my
film developed in One Hour?

Do you do
retouching?
We can retouch and restore distorted pictures
I don’t have the
negative, can I still have a picture from a
picture?
Yes, we can print a picture from another picture in different sizes.
Do you deliver?
Out
of NYC, we ship via UPS or FedEx (it’s your choice). In the NYC, we deliver
by hand.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Submitting any film, print, slide, negative or digital file to our company
for processing, printing, storage, transmission or other handling
constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by our
company, subsidiaries, or agents, even if caused by negligence or other
fault, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed
film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by our
company, subsidiary and/or agents of the film, print, slide, negative or
file is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any
incidental or consequential damages is excluded. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
WORK LEFT OVER 30 DAYS.
